Off the catwalk - London Fashion Week A/W 2010
Bryce Aime - A/W 2010
Iris Van Herpen - A/W 2010 (2)
Here is one of the most impressive pieces in Iris Van Herpen's autumn winter 2010 collection. Note how the sleeves open at the back forcing the model into a perfectly glamorous pose. Try it at home...

Belle Sauvage - A/W 2010
Ashley Isham - A/W 2010 (Part 1)
Ashley Isham was definitely one of my favourites this season. He successfully combined different materials and textures including plastic and leather. However, the show was a bit too long and some elements of the collection seemed misplaced. It was almost as if the designer wanted to tick all the boxes.
The long black dress made from leather strips folded up was the absolute highlight, whilst the endless string of bright coloured, sari-inspired dresses were the lowest point.

Charlie Le Mindu A/W 2010
Charlie Le Mindu's AW 2010 collection did not impress me. Yes, there was a very clever use of lace and leather (which were in almost every collection this season!, but it felt like the designer tried too hard to be edgy and cause controversy. Glittery crosses on black bodies? I think it takes more than that to get a front page.
